Estate Planning

We specialize in the estate and gift tax laws and will be able to advise you on strategies to minimize or eliminate your estate and gift tax liabilities. We believe in planning for the future, and take into account the fact that tax laws constantly change. We recognize that families who do not currently have a taxable estate may have one in the future, whether that is due to changes in the law or increased wealth. Thus, our plans are designed with growth and change in mind.

It can be difficult to decide which type of business entity you want to form. We are able to lay out the advantages and disadvantages to different types of entities and give you advice on current and future tax implications of each. Tax Law

Our goal in tax planning is to minimize our clients' tax liabilities as much as possible while remaining in compliance with tax laws. We will customize a tax plan for you based on a multitude of factors, but our general goal is to avoid controversies while saving you as much money as possible.

"Andrew grew up in Caldwell, Idaho, and returned to his hometown after serving two enlistments in the Marine Corps. Prior to attending law school, he worked as a life insurance agent and a service manager at a car dealership.


In his free time, he enjoys working on his family’s hobby farm, taking his family on road trips to national parks, camping, hunting, fishing, and enjoying Idaho’s great outdoors."
